Where We Ship

We currently ship to U.S. addresses. Some products (such as oversized items or items with special carrier requirements) may have shipping limitations to certain destinations. If you don’t see a shipping option at checkout for your address, please contact us and we’ll help.

Shipping Rate

  1. Standard Shipping (2-7 Days): $8.95
  2. Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $150 (Exclusions Apply)

Free Shipping Details

  1. Free Standard Shipping applies to qualifying orders over $150 (Merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes).
  2. Excluded: Fishing Rods ($20 flat rate each)

Processing Time

  1. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons or for certain items that require special handling, processing may take up to 5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. holidays.
  2. Made-to-order apparel processing time: Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for production before it ships. Production times can vary by season and product availability.

Delivery Times

Transit times vary by destination and carrier. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when available. Please note that delivery estimates begin once your package leaves our facility and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Tracking can take up to 24–48 hours to show movement after the label is created.

Multiple Packages

To get your gear to you as quickly as possible, items in the same order may ship in separate packages and may arrive on different days. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment when available.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, an undeliverable address, or an unclaimed delivery, you will be responsible for reshipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable in these cases.

Damaged | Missing | Incorrect

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item(s), packaging, and shipping label so we can make it right.

Returns

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for new, unused items in original, resalable packaging with all accessories, manuals, tags, and UPCs intact.

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Gift cards
  2. Items marked Sale or Clearance
  3. Used items
  4. Digital Lake Map SD Cards
  5. Custom/made-to-order apparel

Refund Timing

Please allow up to 10 business days after our returns team receives your package for inspection and processing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank posting times vary (often 3–5 business days after we process your refund).

Start a Return

  1. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping back to us. To request an RMA, send an email to info@keepcastingfishing.com.
  2. In your email, please include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, & the reason for the return.
  3. We’ll reply with your RMA number and the correct return instructions/address. Returns shipped without an RMA may be refused.

Return Shipping Requirements

  1. Pack items securely in the original packaging with all contents complete.
  2. Include the original invoice or packing slip inside the box (if available).
  3. Rods must be returned in a rigid tube to prevent damage in transit.
  4. Ship using a trackable, insured carrier.
  5. Items must not show signs of use.
  6. Exchanges: The fastest way to exchange an item is to place a new order for the replacement and return the original item following this policy. We provide exchange labels only when the error was on our end.

Change-of-Mind Returns

  1. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  2. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to cover inspection and repackaging.
  3. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  4. If your original order qualified for free shipping and your return reduces the order below the free shipping threshold, we may deduct our actual outbound shipping cost from your refund.

Custom/Made-to-Order Apparel

  1. Our apparel is made-to-order. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color choice, or change of mind.
  2. If there’s a problem (damage, misprint, or manufacturing defect), we’ll make it right with a free replacement or a refund. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and the issue. In most cases, we won’t require the item to be returned.
  3. Note: Minor variations can occur with custom printing. Small placement variances may be considered normal.

Defective or Damaged on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the item(s), packaging, and shipping label so we can make it right. For most items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. For made-to-order apparel, issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Manufacturer Warranties

Some brands and product categories (especially rods, reels, and electronics) require warranty claims to be handled directly through the manufacturer. If you’re unsure where to start, contact us and we’ll help point you in the right direction.
