We ship to U.S. addresses only; international shipping is not currently available.

Free Standard Shipping on orders $99+ (before tax/discounts; rods and combos not eligible).
Most in-stock orders placed by 3:00 PM Central ship the same business day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.
Some large, heavy, or hazardous items (for example, certain trolling motors, large electronics, or batteries) may have extra freight/handling charges and will be excluded from free shipping.
Any exceptions will show on the product page or at checkout.
Yes. Your order may ship in multiple boxes from different warehouses, but you only pay the shipping shown at checkout.
Each box will have its own tracking number.

Returns
Most new and unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, resalable packaging, complete with all accessories and tags.
Email info@keepcastingfishing.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason.
We’ll send an RMA number and return instructions. Returns without an RMA may be refused.
If the item was defective, damaged on arrival, or we shipped the wrong item, we’ll provide a prepaid return label once approved.
If you received Free Shipping and your return drops the order total below $99, we may deduct our actual original shipping cost from your refund.
Clothing and other printed items can be returned only if a defect, damage, or printing error is reported within 30 days of delivery.
Custom printed orders for the wrong size, color, or preference are not eligible for return or exchange. Please check the size chart and details carefully before placing your order.

- Items marked Final Sale, Closeout, Clearance, or Non-Returnable
- Custom or special-order items noted as non-returnable
- Used, installed, or missing parts items

After your return is received, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection and processing.
Once we issue the refund, banks usually take 3–5 business days to post it.
