We start processing orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible with your order number and your request. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may be unable to make changes.
Email us immediately with your order number and the correct address. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it. If it has shipped, address changes may not be possible.
Promotions and prices can change without notice. If you have a question about a current promotion or bulk purchase, contact us and we’ll help however we can.
Inventory availability can change quickly. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we’ll contact you with options (replacement, wait, or refund).
Possibly. Some orders ship in multiple boxes to protect items properly and/or get items to you faster. If your order ships in multiple packages, you’ll receive tracking for each shipment when available.

Discount codes must be applied at checkout. Most discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Some promotions may exclude certain items.

Most items: Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons or for certain items that require special handling, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Made-to-order apparel: Please allow an additional 2–4 business days for production before it ships.

Yes. When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (when available). Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show movement after the label is created.
Carriers sometimes take 24–48 hours to scan packages into their network. If tracking hasn’t updated after 3 business days, contact us with your order number and we’ll help.
Check around your delivery location (porch, side door, garage, mailroom) and with household members/neighbors. Carriers sometimes mark a package delivered early; please allow 24 hours. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact the carrier and email us so we can assist.
Shipping options vary by item and carrier requirements. Enter your address at checkout to see available options. If you don’t see a shipping method for your address, email us and we’ll help.
Some items (oversized, heavy, or regulated items) may have limited shipping options or require special handling. If any restrictions apply, you’ll see the available options at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, and in original, resalable packaging with all accessories, manuals, tags, and UPCs intact.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending anything back.
Email info@keepcastingfishing.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return. We’ll reply with an RMA number and return instructions. Returns shipped without an RMA may be refused.
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to eligible returns to cover inspection and repackaging. If applicable, it will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect/damage issue.
If your original order qualified for free shipping and your return reduces the order below the free-shipping threshold, we may deduct our actual outbound shipping cost from your refund.
Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return for inspection and processing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary.
The fastest way to exchange an item is to place a new order for the replacement and return the original item (if eligible). If we shipped the wrong item or your item arrived defective, contact us and we’ll make it right.

No. You can check out as a guest. If you choose to create an account, it can make it easier to view past orders and manage saved details.
The best way is through your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. If you need help, email us with your order number and we can confirm the latest status.
Common reasons include a billing address mismatch, insufficient funds, card security limits, or your bank blocking the transaction. Try re-entering your billing details exactly as they appear on your statement, or use a different payment method. If the issue continues, contact your bank/card provider.
Yes. Payments are processed through our secure checkout. We do not have access to your full card details.
If installment payment options are available for your order, they will appear at checkout (subject to eligibility and the provider’s terms).
In most cases, discount codes cannot be combined. If multiple promotions apply, the best available option may be applied at checkout depending on the promotion rules.
In many cases, gift cards can be used alongside one active discount, but eligibility depends on the promotion rules. The checkout will show what applies before you place your order.
Enter the gift card code in the gift card/discount field at checkout. Any remaining balance can typically be used on a future purchase.
If an “Order Notes” field is available at checkout, you can enter special instructions there. If you need to request a change after ordering, email us as soon as possible—changes are not guaranteed once processing begins.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, an undeliverable address, or an unclaimed delivery, you will be responsible for reshipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable in these cases.
