Q: What is Keep Casting?
Keep Casting is a Granbury, Texas-based fishing, boating, and outdoors company. We offer guided fishing trips, sonar lessons, boating lessons, and private driver experiences. Our up and coming online shop will be stocked with clothing, fishing tackle, boating supplies, and outdoor gear.
Q: Where do you operate?
We’re based on Lake Granbury but offer services on other DFW-area lakes within a 100-mile radius.
Fishing Trips
Q: What species do you target?
We target Crappie, Striper, Largemouth Bass, White Bass, and Catfish—customized to your goals.
Q: Can I bring my own gear?
Yes! We provide gear if needed but welcome your own rods and tackle.
Q: How many guests can join a trip?
Price includes 3 guests. You can add up to 2 more guests for $50 each (max 5).
Q: Do I need a fishing license?
Yes, if you’re 17+ in Texas. Kids under 17 don’t need a license.
Boating Lessons, Sonar Lessons, & Private Driver
Q: What’s a Sonar Lesson?
We teach you how to properly read forward facing sonar, side-scan, down scan, GPS, and every detail that your graph is equipped with.
Q: What if I don’t own a boat yet?
No problem! You can still book a lesson on one of our boats and have the same experience.
Q: What is a Private Driver?
A certified and experienced Private Driver responsibly operates your boat so you can relax, entertain guests, and enjoy the water safely.
Booking & Payments
Q: How do I book a service?
Book directly through our site. We’ll confirm details, send next steps, and make everything simple.
Q: Do I pay upfront?
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at booking. The remaining balance is due the day of your trip (cash accepted).
Q: Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. You can reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice. For cancellations, deposits are non-refundable, except if we cancel due to unsafe weather, in which case you’ll receive a full refund.

We recommend at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee availability.

Q: What do you sell?
Hats, clothing, accessories, fishing tackle, boating supplies, outdoor gear, and more.
Q: When will new items be available?
We’re actively expanding! Sign up for updates to be first in line when products begin to launch.
Shipping & Returns
Q: What’s your shipping policy?
Orders ship within 3–5 business days. Shipping speed varies by location.
Q: What’s your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Q: Can I exchange items?
Yes, return the item and make a new purchase once your return is accepted.
Safety & Requirements
Q: Is safety gear included?
Yes. Life jackets are provided for every guest. Texas law requires them for all kids under 13.
Q: Are kids welcome?
Absolutely! We love hosting families and kiddos.
Q: What should I bring?
Sunscreen, weather-appropriate clothing, snacks, drinks, anything needed to have a great day, and your fishing license (17+).
