Shipping Policy
Where orders ship from
Orders ship from Keep Casting and U.S. partner distribution centers for speed and availability. Multi-item orders may ship in more than one box with separate tracking.
Processing time
Orders placed by 2:00 PM Central (Mon–Fri) ship the same day or next business day.
Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays ship the next business day.
Business days = Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Backordered or preorder items ship when available. We may split-ship at no extra cost.
Carriers
FedEx, UPS, and USPS. We select the best option based on speed, reliability, destination, and item size/weight.
Service levels
Standard Ground: 2–7 business days within the contiguous U.S.
Transit times are estimates and begin after an order ships.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Rates
Shipping is shown at checkout and reflects destination, weight/dimensions, and any oversize or hazardous-materials surcharges.
Oversize, long, heavy, and hazmat.
Long or heavy items (e.g., extended-length rods, large nets, anchors, bulk lead) and hazardous materials may carry surcharges or be ineligible for some services. Hazmat ships Ground only. Any surcharge appears at checkout or is quoted before shipment.
Tracking
You receive tracking by email when each shipment departs. Updates may appear after the first carrier scan.
Damage, loss, or missing items
Inspect packages on delivery. If damaged or missing, retain all packaging and report within 48 hours so we can file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement.
We'll ship your replacement immediately while we handle the carrier claim process—you won't have to wait for claim resolution to get back on the water.
Once a carrier confirms delivery to the address provided, theft after delivery is not covered, but we will assist with the next steps.
Address changes and corrections
After shipment, address changes are not guaranteed. If carrier interception/correction is available, related fees are billed to the customer. Undeliverable or refused shipments may incur return and reship fees.
Order edits or cancellations
Orders can be edited or canceled until they enter fulfillment. After that point, standard return policies apply.
Signature requirements
Trolling motors, large electronics, and freight shipments require a signature.
We may require a signature for high-value orders at our discretion.
Service limitations and remote areas
Remote-area and accessorial fees (liftgate, appointment, inside delivery) may apply and will be shown or quoted before shipment.
Free shipping eligibility and exclusions
Applies to qualifying parcel orders shipping to the contiguous U.S. that meet the $100 minimum order threshold.
Excluded: Freight/LTL; single items or combined cart weight > 50 lb; dimensional weight > 50 lb; extended packages including rod tubes > 60 in (XL > 90 in); trolling motors and large marine power accessories; anchors, bulk lead, and deck hardware over 50 lb; hazardous materials (batteries, flammables, aerosols); items marked Oversize/Heavy/Hazmat; any order requiring special handling or appointment delivery.
If any excluded item is in the cart, Free Standard Shipping will not be shown. Eligible items still ship at the best available rate.
Heavy, oversize, and freight surcharges
Heavy 50–74 lb: +$15 handling surcharge
Heavy 75–99 lb: +$25 handling surcharge
Oversize rod tubes 61–90 in: +$15 oversize surcharge
XL tubes > 90 in or DIM weight > 25 lb: +$25 oversize surcharge
Hazmat (batteries, flammables, pressurized aerosols): +$35 hazmat surcharge; Ground only
≥100 lb or oversize-to-freight items: ship LTL or large-parcel. A live carrier rate or flat $99–$149 freight will show at checkout. Signature may be required.
Surcharges are in addition to standard rates and are disclosed at checkout.
